1. Use of Services
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or using our services.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with regulations.
- You agree not to misuse AI tools, automation, or other platform features to harm others or manipulate outcomes.
2. Job Listings and Applications
- Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
- Job seekers must provide truthful information and not impersonate others.
- AI-powered matching is advisory; Web4.Career does not guarantee employment.
3. Payments
- All payments (job postings, subscriptions, etc.) are processed via Stripe or other supported methods.
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
- Digital assets and tokens are not stored by Web4.Career; users are responsible for their management.
4. Intellectual Property
- Content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and code, is owned by Web4.Career or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Web4.Career does not guarantee job placement, income, or token value.
- We are not liable for third-party actions, employer decisions, or user conduct.
6. Platform Conduct
- Users must not engage in illegal, harmful, or deceptive behavior.
- Misuse of AI, automated scripts, or scraping may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
