About The Role
We’re seeking diligent, detail-oriented professionals to collect high-quality egocentric video and audio data of real-world tasks in residential settings. This raw data will serve as the foundation for a large-scale AI training data collection initiative, directly supporting the advancement of cutting-edge AI models.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection: Capture hands-on, manipulation-heavy tasks across a diverse range of residential environments to ensure data variety.
Residential Task Documentation: Accurately record common household activities, including but not limited to room tidy-up, end-to-end dishes cleanup, full-cycle laundry, and home mapping.
Adherence to Specifications: Strictly follow data capture guidelines—maintain full focus on tasks, and ensure geographic and task diversity in all recordings to meet project requirements.
Core Requirements
Equipment: Own or have access to a smartphone or alternative camera device capable of recording at 30 FPS or higher with 1080p resolution or better.
Capture Method: Mount the recording device at forehead or eye-level to achieve an egocentric perspective, with a downward angle to maximize hand visibility throughout footage.
Software Proficiency: Utilize the designated “D&A” application for all data capture and upload processes.
Quality Control: Ensure all video footage is clear, stable, well-lit, at least 15 seconds in length, and accurately depicts purposeful, intentional tasks—free of unnecessary pauses or contrived movements.
