Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations & Communication
Manage executive calendar aligned with strategic priorities
Draft and coordinate internal and external communications with high confidentiality
Prepare executive briefings for meetings with stakeholders, clients, and partners
Track key relationships using CRM-style systems
Coordinate participation in global events, conferences, and media engagements
Project & Business Operations
Monitor OKRs and strategic initiatives; identify risks and blockers
Maintain dashboards, reports, and internal knowledge systems (e.g., Confluence)
Improve operational workflows using data-driven insights
Program & Culture Enablement
Lead internal events such as All Hands, Town Halls, AMAs, and offsites
Drive employee engagement and leadership development initiatives
Support mentoring programs and team culture development
Track and respond to employee engagement metrics
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Manage travel and expense processes (T&E)
Ensure budget compliance and improve cost visibility
Partner with finance teams on spend tracking and efficiency improvements
Stakeholder & Talent Support
Collaborate across teams to align business priorities
Support hiring workflows and headcount tracking
Enhance candidate experience for senior-level hiring
Assist onboarding and internal mobility initiatives
Mentor junior Executive Assistants and support team development
Requirements
3–5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Ability to manage complex workflows and shifting priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience with Confluence, Workday, CRM systems, and expense tools
Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven mindset
Experience working with global or distributed teams
Salary Range
Hourly: $27.07 – $54.13
Annual: $56,300 – $112,600
