Role Description
The Technical Services Officer II is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients, resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal operation of systems, and delivering excellent customer service. The Officer will collaborate with internal teams to conduct diagnostics, manage technical tasks, perform laboratory-related activities, and communicate directly with clients to address their technical needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Technical Support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment and conducting tests, is preferred
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related technical field is desirable
- Previous experience in IT, technical services, or a related field is an advantage
